Our trauma-informed therapy approach is to make sure you are in the drivers seat. We want you to be as educated as possible not only on the therapies being used, but also about your diagnosis. Our counselors use evidence based methods and we track outcomes to know what works. CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems are a few of the therapies we use. We use the best methods to help you to heal. You will be asked to give feedback on services throughout the process.
